Indira Cesarine is a multidisciplinary artist, curator, and founder of The Untitled Space art gallery, editor-in-chief / publisher of The Untitled Magazine, as well as founder of Art4Equality. Since launching The Untitled Space gallery in 2015, she has curated over 40 exhibitions and has exhibited artwork by more than 450 artists. She has partnered with a number of foundations including The Watermill Center, ARTWALK NY benefiting the Coalition for the Homeless, SaveArtSpace, ERA Coalition, and Gabrielle's Angel Foundation among many others. Her exhibitions have been featured internationally in numerous publications including American Vogue, Vogue Italia, Forbes, Newsweek, W Magazine, Harper’s Bazaar, and The New York Times among many others.
A graduate of Columbia University with a triple major in Art History, French and Women’s Studies, Cesarine additionally studied at Parson’s School of Design, International Center of Photography, School of Visual Arts, Art Students League, and the New York Academy of Art. She explores her creative vision vis-à-vis traditional and new mediums and finds strength in examining new ideas in contemporary culture.
